## Tasks

A Virtual Assistant is in charge of taking the minutes of the meeting. These minutes are required to provide a formal account of who was at the meeting, what was discussed, what actions were agreed upon, and who would carry out these actions.

*   Attend all important/relevant meetings with both internal/external stakeholders.
*   These minutes are required to provide a formal account of who was at the meeting, what was discussed, what actions were agreed upon, and who would carry out these actions.
*   The minute taker must prepare and distribute a formal version of their notes as soon as possible after the meeting is over.
*   The minute take should conduct high level of confidentiality and being discreet

## Requirements

*   Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication (Superb English skills both oral and written)
*   Previous, solid experience taking minutes of meetings. 
*   Advanced Microsoft Office skills
*   Strong interpersonal skills
*   Attention to detail
*   Experience in financial services

Keep in mind that this is a fully WFH – Remote position, **but we require our Virtual Assistant to work UK time zone (9AM-5PM BST)**
