Our vision is ambitious. We’ve proven we can build, sell, and deliver value. The next step is scaling this into a category-defining company. And for that, we’re looking for a co-founder to take charge of the revenue, marketing, and sales side of the journey.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with the CEO to co-lead Wavess as a true co-founder.
- Build and lead development of both products (LinkedIn tool + Wavess 2.0 platform).
- Design the technical architecture: data pipelines, integrations, AI/ML-driven features.
- Write and ship the first iterations of Wavess 2.0 (hands-on coding).
- Translate customer feedback into technical execution and rapid iterations.
- Recruit and grow the engineering team.

Who You Are
- A hands-on technical builder who wants ownership, not employment.
- Strong background in SaaS, data platforms, and AI/ML (bonus: fintech exposure).
- Customer-obsessed: you thrive on building products that solve real pain points and love iterating with feedback.
- Comfortable coding MVPs quickly, then scaling into a robust platform.
- Able to build and lead a team as we grow, balancing vision with day-to-day execution.
- Ready to work under pressure, move fast, and still be smart about tech debt and scalability.
- Motivated by equity upside and the challenge of building zero-to-one.
