Growth & Operations Manager @ Notehouse

Notehouse is simple, secure case management software used by small to mid-sized nonprofits, social workers and school counselors across the US. It is profitable, rated 4.7 on Capterra and loved for being easy to use.

Notehouse has been acquired by Waterglass in 2025, an AI-native acquirer of software businesses and AI agency.

Tasks

The small, yet profitable SaaS business is growing, but it needs a proper strategy and a person in charge of growth.

You will be starting out part-time and subsequently grow into a full-time role as the business matures. Your goal is to define a consistent growth strategy, align business operations and execute it together with our customer success manager and engineering team.

In this role, you'll get shared upside via a performance based compensation.

Your tasks

• Growth: develop the growth strategy for Notehouse, back it with data, run experiments and double down on what works
• Operations: together with our AI team, you set up the operations at Notehouse for success with the help of AI.
• Customers: win larger customers together and grow existing accounts with customer success as well as improve conversion and retention
• Team: lead our customer success manager and work closely with our development team
• Product: provide feedback to the engineer to shape the roadmap together
• Numbers: report monthly to the founders on MRR, conversion, churn and acquisition cost

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS growth with quantifiable results in building at least two growth stories from scratch
• You work AI-native and know how to build and manage AI agents
• You know how to pass on customer feedback and turn it into product priorities
• Experience leading or working closely with a small team in a self-serve SaaS environment
• A test-and-learn mindset and strong analytical skills
• Native-level English

Your total compensation consists of a base salary and a performance bonus.
