Full-Stack Engineer | Specializing in LLMs & AI Agents

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with experience in LLMs to help build and ship production-grade software and workflows for clients in the US and Europe.

You’ll work across the stack – from frontend to backend and model integration – collaborating closely with product leads and other engineers to turn ideas into working systems.

This is a remote-first role, though candidates based in Vienna can also work with us in person if preferred.

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications, including but not limited to fine-tuned models and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, while exploring innovative ways to enhance AI-driven workflows
• Build and maintain scalable fullstack applications using a Python or JavaScript-based stack (Node.js, React, etc.), along with applications for advanced data processing, data handling and model integration
• Prototype and refine agentic workflows using n8n and similar low-code/no-code platforms to quickly validate solutions first

• 2+ years of experience as a fullstack developer, with a strong background in JavaScript-based and Python-based technologies
• 1+ years of deep understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), along with a strong overall interest in the AI space to stay on top of developments
• Understanding of data science principles, including data preprocessing and model evaluation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Fluency in English
