The Technical Support Specialist  plays a crucial role in providing expert assistance and guidance to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders regarding a specific product or set of products within the organization.

## Tasks

Key Responsibility:

*   Advanced Issue Resolution:

*   Handle complex technical issues that require in-depth knowledge.
*   Collaborate with Expert support for problem resolution.
*   Mentor Junior support agents.

*   Customer Escalations:

*   Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively.
*   Provide in-depth explanations and solutions for complex problems.

Knowledge:

*   Advanced Technical Skills:

*   Proficiency in using advanced troubleshooting tools.
*   In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network configurations.

*   Product/Service Configuration:

*   Ability to guide customers through advanced product configurations.
*   Understanding of integration with other systems and applications.

*   Problem Analysis:

*   Analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
*   Root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

*   Proven experience in technical support, with a strong technical background.
*   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*   Analytical mindset and the ability to use data for decision-making.
*   Customer-centric focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
*   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
