We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Swiss employment terms and law, and be able to handle various administrative tasks, such as sending invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office on an administrative level.

## Tasks

1.  Manage invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2.  Assist with expense tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting.
3.  Maintain an organized filing system for important documents, both physical and digital.
4.  Manage and update company records, including employee and client information.
5.  Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
6.  Handle correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
7.  Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including the preparation of contracts and other documentation.
8.  Ensure compliance with Swiss employment terms and law, staying up-to-date with changes and amendments.
9.  Provide general administrative support to the team, such as drafting letters, managing mail, and ordering office supplies.

## Requirements

1.  Familiarity with Swiss employment terms and law.
2.  Proficiency in Google suite and openeness to work with tools like Bexio, Slack, Notion and more.
3.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
