Keep a deep-tech team moving and make sure everyone else knows where it's going.
We build award-winning smart glasses in Vienna: hardware, firmware, software, all under one roof. You'll start by supporting our Sensors, Data & Intelligence team, keeping them organised, focused, and well-connected to the rest of the company. You'll run Scrum for the team and spend the rest of your time making sure the right people across hardware, software, optics, and product always know what's happening and what's needed.
This is a hands-on, human role, right in the middle of where the real work happens.
Tasks
What You'll Be Doing
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for the team: stand-ups, planning, retros that people actually leave energised
- Support task prioritisation and organisational clarity within the team
- Spot and remove blockers before they slow anyone down
- Act as the coordination bridge between teams (hardware, firmware, software, optics) because our work spans all of them
- Keep stakeholders informed with just the right amount of communication, clear and easy, never a burden
- Optimise the way of working to fit both the team's needs and the company's expectations, without applying standardised frameworks
- Maintain and improve the team's task and documentation system: hands-on work in ClickUp
- Build a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, ideally in a technical or engineering-heavy environment
- Real cross-team coordination experience, you've managed dependencies, timelines, and communication across multiple teams simultaneously
- You're comfortable in ambiguity, a deep-tech startup doesn't always follow the textbook, and that excites rather than unsettles you
- You coach and facilitate, you don't enforce, you know the difference between guiding a team and policing a process
- Calm under pressure, direct without being rigid
- Genuinely curious about the product, not just the process
- CSM, PSM or equivalent is a plus, but how you actually work matters more
- Fluent English; German is welcome
