We’re looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) to drive revenue growth and AI-powered sales at VidLab7. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, convert high-potential leads into long-term customers, and collaborate with marketing and customer success to maximize client value. ## Tasks

**📌 Full Sales Cycle Ownership**

*   Own and drive the entire sales process for VidLab7’s AI-powered sales and marketing solutions.
*   Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and personalized presentations to showcase the value of VidLab7.
*   Develop tailored solutions to help marketing, sales, and digital transformation leaders optimize their strategies with AI-driven automation.

**📞 Client Engagement & Relationship Management**

*   Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the evaluation process and positioning VidLab7 as a key revenue accelerator.
*   Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, Sales Directors, and Growth leaders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
*   Use personalized AI-driven messaging and video engagement strategies to drive conversions and increase close rates.

**✅ Pipeline & Revenue Management**

*   Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates from prospecting to contract signing.
*   Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, analyze sales data, and forecast revenue performance.
*   Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, driving additional value for existing clients.

**🎯 Sales & Marketing Collaboration**

*   Work closely with BDRs/SDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff and optimize outreach strategies.
*   Partner with Marketing to refine messaging, create compelling sales enablement materials, and enhance AI-driven outbound campaigns.
*   Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor positioning to improve go-to-market strategies.

## Requirements

*   Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
*   Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing deals.
*   Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, including consultative selling, value-based selling, and strategic account management.
*   Experience managing mid-market to enterprise-level accounts, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
*   Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and optimize sales performance.
*   Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs and drive long-term partnerships.
*   Data-driven approach, leveraging KPIs, sales metrics, and analytics to refine outreach and closing strategies.
*   Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
*   Fluent in English.
