People & Culture Manager

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to build our people function. You will work directly with the Founder and own hiring, HR processes and people operations. This is your unique challenge to build a culture that combines new technology with the world of operations.

• Build out our P&C function from scratch.
• Shape the culture of a unique type of company that combines business functions, engineering and the production environment.
• Hire fast across very different profiles.
• Build HR processes and tooling a growing company can run on.
• Work closely with the Founder on hiring and org strategy.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a top university with top grades.
• Get things done mentality: prioritising progress and results over process.
• Humble, low ego, not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Multiple years of experience in People and Culture.
• You are an all-rounder with experience across all P&C areas: hiring, people ops, and everything around it.
• Strong communicator native in German and fluent in English

Vetaion is building a fully automated production facility for control cabinets in Munich. We use digital twins and robotics to automate the manufacturing process, orchestrated by VetaionOS, our own operating system for the factory.
