**VENTURE STARS** is a Munich based venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments in innovative, digital B2C and B2B business models. Having started as start-up entrepreneurs ourselves, Venture Stars has a tradition of working very closely with the founders of its portfolio companies.

To strengthen and expand our team, we are looking for a working student on a 16-20h/week basis.

## Tasks

*   Generation and prioritization of potential investment opportunities 
*   Initial analysis of companies, markets, and competitive environments.
*   Support in all due diligence aspects for new investments.
*   Preparation of investment committee decision documents.
*   Support in the maintenance and further automation of our tool and tracking landscape.
*   Support with controlling and reporting tasks for the management of our portfolio.
*   Support with VENTURE STARS portfolio work and organization of events.
*   Development and implementation of own ideas to further develop VENTURE STARS.

## Requirements

*   Advanced studies in business/economics, natural sciences/engineering (Master) with very good results.
*   Enthusiasm for the venture capital and start-up world.
*   Team player with a high degree of independence, creativity and analytical skills.
*   Strong interpersonal and communication skills and very good written and spoken German & English.
*   First professional experience in fast-paced environments (Start-ups, VC/PE, IB, consulting)
