With Valuecase customer-facing teams create digital spaces that take their buyers by hand from first call over onboarding to customer success. Valuecase spaces include all relevant information, promote collaboration, and are highly customizable. And creating them is as easy as writing an e-mail.

We are driven by our vision to build a software platform that re-defines how millions of B2B sellers and buyers across the globe interact and close deals. We aspire to transform the market for B2B sales tech as companies such as Salesforce and HubSpot have done so over the past 20 years.

We are a group of highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and fun people backed by strong VC investors (Picus Capital); we are working partially from our beautiful office in the heart of Hamburg and partially from home.

**Your role**

With our pre-seed funding round closed and the product gaining traction with customers, we believe it is now the perfect time to further build our team.

In close collaboration with our tech lead and the product design team you will be responsible for building the front-end of a B2B SaaS product that will define an entirely new product category within the space for sales software. Our ambition and your mission will be to create a front-end that gives complex B2B buying processes the look & feel of simplicity.

## Tasks

*   Assuming responsibility for developing a state-of-the-art front-end for our SaaS solution and a user interface people love to engage with on a daily basis
*   Leading the front-end team and making architectural/design decisions in close collaboration with the tech lead and the founders
*   Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios, and work through permutations to always find the best solution possible
*   Staying up-to-date with developments in upcoming web applications, programming languages and frameworks as well as tools, which might help the tech org at Valuecase

## Requirements

*   You have extensive experience (5+ years) with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript as well as React or Vue
*   You have (first) experience in building, managing, and mentoring front-end developer teams 
*   You are passionate about crafting simple solutions to complex engineering problems and writing readable, maintainable & well-tested code
*   You have a growth mindset and feel comfortable in the ambiguous, evolving and exciting environment of an early-stage start-up like Valuecase
*   And most importantly, you identify yourself with our core values: courage, uniqueness, pro-activeness, empathy, and transparency
