Are you an expert in Change Management with a strong background in managing complex processes across international projects? Are consistency and strategic oversight your top priorities? Then we are looking for you as Change Manager (m/w/d) in the Railway field. Altogether, in this role you will take ownership of project integrity by applying, leading, and continuously improving CCM processes across the program lifecycle. With your deep understanding of Project and Risk Management, together with your ability to guide stakeholders within an international setting, you will be a key contributor to ensuring product quality, compliance, and effective change implementation.

Aufgaben

• All in all, you will master the quality of deliveries by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the delivered products and services through the application of CCM (Change Control Management) core activities
• In this project, you are accountable that all Project Stakeholders apply the CCM process
• You keep the project configuration under control and manage changes during the whole Project Lifecycle
• You apply change standard procedures, instructions, templates, and so forth
• You lead the CCM activities in the Program
• You represent the CCM Métier in Project and site meetings
• You perform REX for CCM and lead improvements of the CCM activities within their Program
• You make sure that Roles & Responsibilities defined in the Configuration Management Plan are applied and followed
• You make reports and escalate any CCM-related issues within the Program and offer solutions
• You ensure the execution of CCM audits and DfQ Gates for CCM deliverables
• You develop CCM training materials and perform training
• You act as a CCM process correspondent
• You take over the Identification, Management and Accuracy of items under Configuration control
• You also take over Configuration Strategies and release notes, following reviews with stakeholders

Qualifikation

• You have expert knowledge of Configuration & Change Management
• You possess detailed knowledge - or previous experience - of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, or within Document Control (CCM)
• You have work experience in an international environment
• You are fluent in English language, and you have advanced knowledge in German language
