• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web
  applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and
  responsiveness.
• Work on database design and management using MongoDB (aggregation,
  indexing, optimization).
• Build and maintain reusable components and ensure responsive UI/UX in
  React.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best
  practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to
  build feature-rich applications.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or other
  security mechanisms.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth functionality across different
  environments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in MERN Stack
  development.

• 5+ years of experience in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack
  development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript (preferred).
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Proficiency in MongoDB (NoSQL), database optimization, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks.
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional), and microservices
  architecture.
• Knowledge of frontend libraries like Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or
  Ant Design.
• Strong understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (JWT, OAuth,
  Firebase Auth, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments (preferred).
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing using Jest, Mocha, or
  similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git, GitHub,
  GitLab, Bitbucket).
