We are looking for a **UX & Webflow Designer** who is passionate about digital experiences and can **bridge design and implementation**—crafting intuitive user interfaces in **Figma** and bringing them to life in **Webflow**.

## Tasks

*   **Create component-based UX designs** in **Figma**, leveraging design systems, libraries, and prototyping tools.
*   **Develop, structure, and optimize Webflow sites** using **Client First, Finsweet, and Relume**.
*   **Ensure responsive and high-performance web experiences** with a focus on usability and accessibility.
*   **Collaborate with developers** to maintain consistency between design and implementation.
*   **Apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** skills to tweak and optimize Webflow sites.
*   **Contribute to branding, visual identity, and scalable design solutions** across multiple projects.
*   **Work on sustainability-focused digital projects**, including contributions to our own **2zero sustainability platform**.

## Requirements

*   Strong experience with **Figma** (component-based design, libraries, prototyping).
*   Solid **Webflow** expertise, including **Client First, Finsweet, Relume**, and structured Webflow development.
*   Basic **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** knowledge (not mandatory but a plus).
*   A **digital-first mindset**—comfortable working with modern tools and workflows.
*   Ability to **collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment**.
*   **Fluent in English** & German
*   **Located in Berlin** or open to hybrid work.
