Customer Support- Korean (relocation to Cyprus+documents support included)

Position: Customer Support Agent

Right now, we’re hiring Customer Support Agents for an iGaming project.

This role provides full relocation support, professional training, and a competitive foundation for career growth within an international team .

• Handle customer inquiries through live chat, email, phone, and other communication channels
• Support customers across multiple brands
• Assist with account-related questions, general queries, and service requests
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve more complex cases
• Provide professional support in both Korean and English
• Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of internal procedures
• Identify opportunities for upselling and customer engagement where appropriate
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Schedule:

The role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule:

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

What you bring:

• Fluent Korean, written and spoken
• Good level of English, written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, sales, telephone support or a customer-facing role
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Open to relocation to Cyprus
• Previous iGaming experience is considered an advantage
• Experience supporting customers through live chat, email, or phone
• Additional languages are considered an advantage
