Tasks
- Advise clients on Swiss tax matters with clarity, care and practical solutions
- Act as a trusted expert for complex cases and cross-border questions
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals (incl. expats and high-net-worth clients)
- Analyse wealth management and investment structures from a tax perspective
- Guide clients through cantonal differences and tax optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the FIN team to refine our services and client experience
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Swiss individual taxation (ideally at senior level)
- Strong command of double tax treaties, expat regimes and cross-border cases
- Experience in analysis and tax qualification of international situations
- Strong understanding of wealth management, investments and cantonal tax differences
- A structured, reliable way of working, with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to explain complex topics in a friendly, reassuring, client-friendly way
- Professional fluency in English and German; French or Italian is a plus
- A genuine interest in helping people feel more confident about their finances
