We’re looking for a __Marketing Specialist__ to join our team in Portugal! We're seeking a versatile, proactive professional with a genuine interest in the different areas of marketing.

__What you will do :__ 

* Support the __coordination of TheFork Awards__, a recurring event throughout the year involving international collaboration, campaign planning, and online/offline promotions for restaurants.
* Liaise with our __external creative agency__ to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to guidelines.
* Schedule and publish __social media content__ across our Portuguese platforms.
* Translate and adapt global content and messaging from English to Portuguese.
* Assist in the execution of local marketing activations and communications.
* Collaborate with the sales and performance marketing teams on initiatives that boost visibility and engagement.
* Help monitor and report on campaign performance and team KPIs.

__Who you are:__ 

* You bring 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
* Prior experience coordinating with external agencies.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
* Knowledge of tools like __Figma__, Salesforce, and __Notion__ is a plus.
* You feel confident using __Excel and Sheet__ for reporting (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
* Fluent in __Portuguese__ and __English__ (spoken and written).
* Based in Lisbon or available to work on-site.
