Remote Experience Planning Coordinator

Some people love having the idea. Others love figuring out all the details that make the idea actually happen.

We're looking for organized, motivated individuals who enjoy researching options, communicating with people, and helping clients plan experiences they'll look forward to.

As an Experience Planning Coordinator, you'll work with clients to understand what they're looking for and help research and coordinate options based on their interests, preferences, and budget. Client needs may include vacations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, entertainment, attractions, special events, and other leisure experiences.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training, mentorship, and resources are available to help you develop your knowledge.

What You May Work On

• Connect with clients to learn about their plans, interests, and priorities
• Research and compare destinations, accommodations, activities, and experiences
• Provide options based on individual client needs
• Coordinate reservations and important planning details
• Communicate confirmations, deadlines, and updates
• Answer questions and provide ongoing client support
• Research additional activities or experiences that may enhance a client's plans
• Maintain organized client information and follow-up
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
