Now we’re looking for a teammate to join us in this mission and help our clients with their job search: finding the right vacancies, applying to companies, and supporting candidates all the way to their dream job abroad.

## Tasks

🔧 **Responsibilities**

*   Search for IT job openings based on the client’s background and preferences
*   Apply to vacancies on behalf of the client across various platforms
*   Communicate with clients in Russian and English, providing updates and guidance
*   Write and edit cover letters tailored to specific job roles
*   Report on the progress of each case and suggest next steps
*   Send outreach messages to potential employers via LinkedIn
*   Solve questions or concerns and make the job search as smooth as possible

## Requirements

🧩 **Requirements**

*   Experience in HR, recruiting, client support, or career consulting
*   Native Russian and confident English (B2–C1 level)
*   Excellent communication and writing skills
*   Basic understanding of the IT job market (e.g., you know Java is not JavaScript 😉)
*   Strong research skills and attention to detail
*   Comfortable working with LinkedIn, job boards, Google Docs
