Our software automates product classification, reduces regulatory errors, and helps customers save up to 83% of their time.
Trusted by leading brands like Siemens Healthineers, Continental, and Jack Wolfskin, we’ve achieved 1000% growth over the past 12 months – and we’re just getting started.

Aufgaben

As our B2B Growth & Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the growth engine behind traide’s brand and visibility. You’ll work cross-functionally with our founders, sales, and product team – with high ownership and lots of room for creativity.

Build community touchpoints: From newsletters to events – you’ll help us connect meaningfully with our audience

Create impactful content: Support the creation of case studies, decks, one-pagers and campaigns that align with sales goals

Track and optimize: Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable improvements

Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product to align growth and messaging

Qualifikation

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth or a related field – ideally in a SaaS or startup environment

Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)

Hands-on mentality, creative thinking, and a structured way of working

Curiosity for trade, compliance or supply chains is a plus (but not a must)
