At traide AI, we help our enterprise customers to transform the efficiency of their customs processes. Through our platform, they save up to 87% of their time and reduce errors to a minimum. Leading brands, like Siemens Healthineers, KoRo and Jack Wolfskin, have decided to work with us resulting in 1000% growth in the past 12 months. And this is only the beginning.

Now, to capitalize on our existing and future customer base, we are looking for an ambitious Account Executive. You will be the driving force building up our Sales team and processes and work directly with Leonie, our Co-Founder and CEO.

Aufgaben

What you will own

  • Lead acquisition: Building a strong sales pipeline by identifying and coverting companies that fit our ICP through all outbound sales channels. Acquisition of hot sales leads from inbound, events and our partner network.
  • Converting Leads to customers: Converting new sales leads from the initial contact, through the first demo meeting and the feedback meeting to the contract negotiation and conclusion of the contract.
  • Metrics implementation and optimization: Analyzing both internal performance and success in our sales funnel through tracking key metrics and identifying and implementing initiatives to consistently optimize results.
  • Revenue retention and growth: Successfully converting new customers by identifying loyal customers, who love and find value in our trade compliance solutions. Working closely with customer success, marketing and product teams to apply the learnings to the our strategies.
  • Process implementation: Ensuring customers transition from being sales prospects to active customers is as smoothly as possible. Constant optimization and development of existing sales development processes.

Qualifikation

Who you are

  • Several years of experience in Sales Development, Account Executive, or a similar role in the SaaS industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • High self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
