We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our Business Development teams and work directly with Zac Qiu, our Senior Business Developer. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment while contributing to exciting projects that shape the future of battery recycling.

## Tasks

📍**Your tasks and responsibilites: How to sell our recycled lithium?!**

*   Assist in the design of new product portfolio related to battery recycling and commodities.
*   Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development strategies.
*   Support the pricing strategy by analyzing costs, market data, and customer feedback to propose competitive pricing models.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to gather insights and ensure alignment on product offerings.
*   Participate in business development initiatives, including identifying potential partners and stakeholders for collaboration.
*   Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
*   Engage in various tasks to support the overall business development process, including outreach to potential clients and partners.

## Requirements

💡 **What you need to succeed**

*   Experience in product development and pricing at a startup is preferred.
*   Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
*   Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in product development and market dynamics.
*   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
*   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
*   A passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in the recycling and cleantech sectors.
