The Innovation department is a creative place where innovative ideas are developed, tested and scaled in the real market within short time. We find solutions for real problems and drive change in the mobility and financial sectors.

Our team in Düsseldorf is looking for support for various project work with immediate effect. As an Intern you are a full member of our team, which consists of employees from different countries and disciplines and appreciates every creative mind. We give you the space to bring in your own ideas and to shape the future of mobility together with us.

## Tasks

*   Analyze exciting industry/market trends to fill the ideation funnel with new ideas
*   Support the validation of new products and business models by independently performing research tasks
*   Help to transform new business ideas into convincing pitches
*   Define market entry strategies for new products and coordinate marketing campaigns
*   Project support and management in the operational area
*   Communicate with partners regarding deadlines and target agreements
*   Social Media and Content Management

## Requirements

*   You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in one of the last two semesters in the field of management, IT or communication science, or a comparable subject area, or have recently graduated
*   You can potentially imagine staying with us as a junior venture architect after a successful internship
*   You have ideally already gained some practical experience in your field of expertise
*   You are interested in innovation, digital transformation and like to think outside-the-box
*   You are a team player with self-initiative and an independent way of working
*   You speak fluent English and have good German skills
