Virtual Assistant (Operations) - Data Entry, Project Management - Long Term Full Time Position

Join Instant Scaling, 7-figure performance-driven affiliate marketing agency. We partner with brands and drive sales on a pay-per-sale (CPA) basis across Meta, Google/YouTube, and other channels. We move fast, we test constantly, and we're scaling hard. We need someone who can keep up with the pace and bring structure to the chaos that comes with rapid growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You'll be the person who keeps our team and data organized as we scale. That means managing and building Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and process automation. You'll keep tabs on team members' tasks and deadlines, handle video exporting, and take operational tasks off the plates of our managers so they can focus on growth. Precision matters here — if you're the type who double-checks everything and follows through without being reminded, you'll thrive.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting operations — whether that's been as the right hand to an Operations Manager, or running the day-to day ops yourself for a growing company. You live in Google Sheets, you catch the small things others miss, and you take pride in keeping everything organized and running on time. You're hungry to learn, especially when it comes to using AI tools to work faster and smarter. You want a long-term role where you can grow into more responsibility over time, not just another gig.

PAY:

$1500-$2000/month depending on your experience and the value you bring from day one. We reward people who take ownership — the more critical you become to our operations, the more you'll earn. We have no problem paying well for someone who delivers.

This isn't a dead-end VA role. We invest in our people — you'll get access to learning resources, courses, and hands-on experience across operations, data, and AI tools. If you prove yourself, there's a clear path to growing into a senior operations role within the company.

WORKING HOURS:

Full-time, remote. You'll need to be available and responsive during our core hours (GMT+4). We move fast and expect you to keep up — but we also respect your time and won't micromanage if you're delivering.
