Our client is a European Automotive Startup located, headquartered in Denmark. They are looking for a CCO (m/f/d) to join their Executive Leadership team; ideally in Hamburg, Germany.
Aufgaben
You will transition the organization from "regional wins" to a systemic, pan-European growth machine.
- Architect the Commercial Engine: You will unite Sales, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing into one cohesive organization. You will inherit a team of ~23 people and evolve it into a scalable system with clear standards, playbooks, and accountability. This includes designing repeatable market-entry and maturation models for countries such as Spain, Sweden, and Austria
- Elevate Enterprise Impact: You will sharpen how the company shows up at the executive level - ensuring we consistently win relevance, engage the right stakeholders, and position ourselves as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.
- Deepen the "Strategic Partner" Model: We win because we care about our customers' P&L. You will instill a culture of business performance, where we document impact, set joint goals, and prove our value to the dealer’s bottom line every quarter.
- Build a High-Standard Org: You will hire, develop, and evaluate leaders across the commercial organization, including strengthening local sales leadership in key markets. You will build a culture where high performance is supported by clear structure, transparency, and mutual accountability.
Qualifikation
Our client is looking for a builder, an executive who thrives in shaping systems, not just optimizing them.
- Scale-Up Experience: You have helped scale a B2B business from roughly €10M to €50M ARR (or similar), and understand the difference between closing deals and building a durable revenue engine
- Strategic & Operational: You can debate 3-year strategy with the Board, but you are equally comfortable diving into a deal review to prevent churn. You don't need a large entourage to be effective.
- Industry Instincts: You likely come from the automotive, mobility, or B2B marketplace world. You understand the dealer mindset and how to position value to dealership groups and OEMs.
- European Leadership DNA: You have experience operating across European markets and appreciate that commercial success in Hamburg, Milan, or Copenhagen requires local nuance within a common framework.
