Purefemm is a DTC direct response supplement brand for women in menopause. We scale on Meta in Europe through an end-to-end direct response funnel, and we're bringing that playbook into the US now.

This is not a copywriter role and it's not a briefing factory. We're looking for someone who thinks in winning concepts, owns a video team independently, and pulls the next hypothesis out of performance data — not the next deadline.

The facts up front

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary + performance bonus on your own ads. Five figures a month is realistic for strong performers.

Output

5–10 net-new concepts per week plus iteration briefings on live winners. A guideline, driven by the testing roadmap — not an hourly quota.

Setup

6 video editors, established testing processes, live winners, enough volume to learn fast

Meetings

One fixed weekly call where we set strategy. Everything else async.

Model

Full-time or contract — whatever works for you

The loop you make faster and better

Insight → Hypothesis → Test → Signal → Learn → Iterate → Scale

We don't measure you on the number of briefings produced. We measure you on whether research and live data turn into better hypotheses, faster learnings, and new scalable winners.

Tasks

What you do

Concepts & research

Customer, market and competitor research. New angles, hooks and creative hypotheses. Hooks, scripts, VSLs, advertorials. Swipe files for the US market.

Performance & iteration

You get direct access to Meta Ads Manager, Triple Whale and Rule1. You see which concepts scale, where fatigue sets in, and which winner deserves the next iteration. We decide together in the weekly call what gets iterated.

Creative direction

Six video editors are already in place. You own the handoff from strategy to production: clear, execution-ready briefings, creative feedback, prioritization, iteration cycles. No micromanagement — strong direction so the editors move fast and land at the right level.

Ownership with guardrails

You own your concepts and your ideas. The testing roadmap and the messaging playbook sit with the Founder — He clears what goes into test so the overall strategy holds together. Inside that, you have a lot of room. If you read that as a constraint, this isn't for you. If you know how much faster you learn with a validated playbook behind you, you'll like it.

How we work

  • Async by default. One fixed weekly call, the rest in writing. The founder works out of Asia.
  • Fast loops. A finished concept doesn't sit in approval for days. Ready means production.
  • Open data. Everyone sees all creative performance. Learnings don't live in silos.
  • Direct feedback. Copy and direction get commented on fast and hard. That's part of the testing system, not a personal verdict.
  • AI-native. We work heavily with Claude — research, hook ideation, copy iteration, pattern recognition. AI doesn't replace the strategic work. The quality of the hypotheses comes from you.

Why we build it this way

We're built for growth, and we build the team so people grow with the company, not next to it.

That's why compensation is performance-linked. When your concepts scale, your income scales with them. No ceiling, no annual review to wait for.

And that's why you get real ownership of the creative. Your concepts are yours. You see every number attached to them, you help decide what gets iterated, and you carry the result. We think that's the whole difference between a good creative strategist and an exceptional one: people deliver differently when the work belongs to them.

If you're looking for a seat where you process briefs and log off at five, this isn't it. If you want to be the person running creative for a brand across two markets in two years — let's talk.

Requirements

What you need to bring

  • Native-level English
  • At least 2 years in direct response copy or performance creative in DTC e-commerce
  • A provable Meta track record: your creatives have carried significant spend
  • Experience with brands doing seven figures a year or more
  • You can turn data into concrete creative decisions
  • Experience with high-velocity creative testing
  • Clear editor briefings and an independent way of working
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows

Strong plus: health / supplement / beauty · women 40+ as an audience · VSL, advertorial or quiz funnels · CRO · experience taking a brand into a new market

Benefits

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary + performance share on your creatives.

The fixed component covers the strategic scope — research, performance analysis, hypotheses, creative direction, winner iterations. The performance share gives you direct upside on what scales. For strong performers, five figures a month is realistic. The exact level depends on your experience.

How a winner is defined, how the share is calculated, and how long you participate in a winner — we walk through all of it transparently in the process.

On top of that:

  • 100% remote, long-term
  • An existing creative setup with 6 video editors
  • Small team, short decision paths, real influence on strategy and the testing roadmap
  • You're in on the US launch from day one

How to apply

Send us three things:

  1. Three ads whose script or creative strategy is yours. Meta Ad Library, Drive or Loom — doesn't matter.
  2. The highest monthly spend one of your creatives carried. A screenshot is enough, the brand name can be redacted.
  3. Your last three roles — brand, period, role

If the profile fits, we talk openly about setup, compensation and the bonus model.
