Regional AI Project Manager

About the Role

As an AI Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the implementation and adoption of AI-powered solutions across the European market. You will serve as the bridge between headquarters, regional subsidiaries, distributors, and technical teams, ensuring that AI initiatives are successfully deployed, optimized, and scaled to support business growth.

This role requires a combination of project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of AI-driven business applications. You will coordinate AI deployment activities, collect business requirements, manage testing and feedback processes, and facilitate collaboration between global and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Solution Deployment & Adoption

• Lead the implementation and rollout of AI-powered solutions across European subsidiaries and distributor networks.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, sales teams, and local business units.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges to ensure successful adoption.

1. Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis

• Establish a structured process for collecting AI-related business requirements from subsidiaries and distributors.
• Analyze, prioritize, and document business needs, use cases, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor the progress of requirement implementation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

1. Testing & Feedback Management

• Coordinate regional testing activities for AI applications and intelligent agents.
• Collect and analyze feedback regarding functionality, usability, stability, and market suitability.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous optimization.

1. Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Coordination

• Act as the primary liaison between Europe and global headquarters for AI-related projects.
• Facilitate communication among Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, and regional teams.
• Resolve cross-functional issues and ensure alignment of objectives across teams.

1. Project Governance & Risk Management

• Establish project management frameworks, timelines, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation; Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Conduct post-project reviews and recommend process improvements to enhance future deployments.

1. Regional Market Adaptation

• Provide recommendations to adapt AI solutions to European market needs, regulations, and business practices.
• Support training, pilot programs, and AI adoption initiatives for distributors and business partners.Promote best practices and share successful implementation cases across the region.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably involving AI, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology-driven initiatives.
• Solid understanding of AI applications, intelligent agents, automation solutions, and digital business tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English and local language communication skills (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot, AI agents, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of European business practices, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
