THE TEAM

In der Fulfillment-Abteilung drucken, verpacken und versenden wir die Tickets für unsere Kunden.

THE JOB

Dein Job ist es dazu beizutragen, dass Event-Tickets schnellstmöglich und korrekt verpackt an unsere Logistikdienstleister übergeben werden und sich unsere Kunden über eine zuverlässige Lieferung ihrer Eintrittskarten freuen können.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Du konfektionierst und verpackst alle zu versendenden Tickets
• Du priorisierst deine Arbeit selbstständig nach den jeweiligen Vorgaben deines Team Leads
• Du frankierst unsere Postsendungen
• Du überprüfst die Sendungen auf Vollständigkeit und mögliche Adressfehler
• Du sorgst für die reibungslose Übergabe aller Sendungen an unsere Logistikpartner

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

• Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
• Organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Gute Arbeitsmoral
• Zeitliche Flexibilität
