To accelerate our growth and further development of our core product, we’re looking for a Senior Backend & Cloud Engineer to join us and build high-quality, easy-to-use and powerful solutions leveraging the full spectrum of the ticketbro platform.

Aufgaben

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Backend & Cloud Developer to join our early team remotely from anywhere in the world or in our office in the heart of Munich (relocation possible!). You will become an integral part of our team which is driven by entrepreneurial spirit, personal growth and a collaborative working environment.

You'll be responsible for building scalable cloud architectures, APIs and backend applications, enabling our rapidly growing product. As key part of our product team, you'll work alongside our engineers – amongst others – to take our platform to the next level.

  • Building scalable architectures and applications based on AWS and serverless technologies.
  • Bringing innovative ideas to the table and shaping the future of our product.
  • Working very collaboratively, empowering others and improving as a team.

Qualifikation

  • Proven track record of successful projects
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with the AWS ecosystem and specifically AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
  • Minimum of 3 years with Node.js and ideally TypeScript.
  • Proficient with GraphQL, AWS CDK (or other IaaC providers) and TypeScript
  • Experience with payment gateway providers (e.g. Stripe) is a big plus
  • You love to be up to date with the latest developments in mobile, web and cloud technologies.
  • You have an eye for product design and user experience.
  • It goes without saying that your code is clean, structured and well-tested
  • Experience with TDD is a plus
  • Experience with payment gateway providers (e.g. Stripe) is a plus
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
  • Experience in managing a small development team is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (proficiency in English and German)
  • Being able to work from time to time on-site with our team in the heart of Munich will be an additional plus.
