I'm looking for a talented YouTube Thumbnail Designer who understands how people click on tutorial videos.

I'm looking for someone who understands YouTube CTR, viewer psychology, search intent, and how to create thumbnails that stand out against competitors while still looking professional and trustworthy.

Tasks
- Design thumbnails for tutorials, reviews, and software-related content
- Turn video titles and concepts into compelling thumbnail ideas
- Create multiple concepts when requiredResearch competing videos before designing
- Improve click-through rate through stronger visual communication
- Balance curiosity, clarity, authority, and trust
- Maintain a consistent visual style across the channel
Requirements
- Proven experience creating YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of YouTube CTR and viewer psychology
- Experience designing thumbnails for tutorial, educational, software, SaaS, or online business content
- Ability to communicate a video's value clearly in a single image
- Reliable turnaround times and attention to detail
- Understanding of channels such as Kevin Stratvert, Metics Media, vidIQ, Think Media, Charlie Chang or similar creators is a plus
