As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for a **BI Analyst** with a strong foundation in data analytics and a deep understanding of the **iGaming sector**. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and has experience using BI tools such as **AWS QuickSight, Power BI**, or **Tableau**. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision making.

## Tasks

*   Develop, manage, and maintain business reports across key domains including compliance, regulatory, marketing, product, and financial analytics.
*   Support the company’s expansion into new jurisdictions by translating regulatory reporting requirements into meaningful, accurate datasets and dashboards.
*   Build and maintain **jurisdiction-specific, reusable report templates**, automating delivery wherever feasible.
*   Analyze and visualize data using BI tools, contributing across the pipeline—from data extraction and transformation to final visualization and delivery.
*   Investigate discrepancies between internal reports and external regulator data; conduct thorough **data reconciliation** and root cause analysis.
*   Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, CRM, Finance) to understand reporting needs, propose scalable solutions, and deliver insights.
*   Continuously improve and refine existing reports and dashboards to align with evolving business and regulatory demands.
*   Maintain and improve existing documentations of internal processes, reports and dashboards.

## Requirements

*   **Proven experience with BI tools** such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
*   **Advanced SQL** skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.
*   Strong familiarity with the **iGaming industry**, including jurisdictional reporting mandates and gaming platform data.
*   Working knowledge of **AWS data stack** (e.g., Athena, S3, Glue, Redshift) is an advantage.
*   Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
*   Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
*   Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a desire to **continuously learn and improve**.
