We are seeking a Client Success Manager to strengthen relationships with our global client base and ensure that they receive the highest level of service and value from our work.

Tasks

  • Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Act as the primary contact point, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of reports and services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, including upselling and cross-selling of additional services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions through CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent).
  • Support the COO in client management and strategic business development initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and approach new clients in line with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of English is mandatory.
  • Experience in client management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
