As an International Sales Manager, you’ll meet the people making change happen—ministers, CEOs, innovators—and you’ll be the bridge between them and our global audience.

## Tasks

What You’ll Experience:

*   **Live internationally**—your project assignment will take you to a new part of the world
*   Lead and attend **sales meetings** with top executives and government leaders
*   Build real, lasting **relationships** with clients across industries
*   Represent The Energy Year at key **energy summits, exhibitions, and business forums**
*   Deliver **sales campaigns and strategic communication projects** with measurable results
*   Negotiate high-value **advertising and partnership deals**
*   Manage a full project cycle, becoming our **on-the-ground connector** in your market

## Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

*   A background in **international business, communications, economics or related fields**
*   **Full-time availability** to travel and relocate internationally
*   Strong social instincts—you’re a **good communicator, great listener, and relationship-builder**
*   The confidence to lead conversations and close deals with high-level professionals
*   Self-drive, independence, and adaptability in new environments
*   Fluent in **English** (other languages like Spanish, French, or Portuguese are a plus)
*   1–3 years of relevant experience (open to sharp, motivated recent grads)
