• Build and ship production‑ready features across the stack with minimal oversight

• Own complex UI/UX flows using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, DaisyUI

• Independently deliver backend features using Node.js, Fastify, Postgres

• Collaborate in a culture of radical autonomy, optional code reviews, and direct feedback

• Work closely with founders to shape product direction and architecture

• Contribute to an AI‑first product strategy, including Python‑based ML/AI components

• Operate in a hybrid/remote, high‑output environment with high bandwidth communication

• Expert‑level proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js

• Strong UI/UX instincts and the ability to craft polished, intuitive interfaces

• Ability to independently own backend features (Node.js, Postgres, Fastify)
