We’re looking for driven, professional, and goal-oriented Sales Agents to join our Florida-based office team. You will represent Better Life Financial Group by enrolling clients in Medicare insurance plans, maintaining compliance standards, and helping members make informed coverage decisions.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role where success is rewarded and career growth is encouraged.

Tasks

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective Medicare clients, providing clear, accurate, and professional guidance on plan options
  • Educate and consult clients on Medicare Advantage plans based on their individual needs
  • Accurately complete enrollments and meet compliance and documentation requirements
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Follow up with leads, re-engage prospects, and maintain client pipeline in CRM
  • Maintain professional, courteous, and persuasive communication at all times
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and ensure seamless onboarding

Requirements

  • A strong communicator with persuasive sales abilities
  • Motivated by goals, incentives, and opportunity for upward mobility
  • Comfortable in a structured, metrics-driven environment
  • Experienced in Medicare or insurance sales (preferred, not required)
  • Licensed in health insurance (preferred or willing to become licensed)
  • A professional who values consistency, discipline, and team collaboration

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $36,000 annually ($3,000/month)
  • Commission:
  • $40 per policy sold for the first 79 policies each month
  • $50 per policy once you reach 80 policies (retroactive to the first policy)
  • $60 per policy at 120+ policies (retroactive to the first policy)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $120,000 annually
  • Chargebacks: Policies must remain in force for a minimum of 4 months to avoid chargebacks
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks per year, accrued over time; unused time rolls over annually
  • Sick Time: 5 additional paid sick days per year (separate from PTO)Work Attire: Business professional
