Holistiq Health Group AG is an innovative health-tech startup reimagining medicine through personalized, integrated, and natural approaches. Using a hybrid model of digital online coaching and modern health centers, we create solutions for people's chronic health challenges —with a focus on metabolic health, gut health, and hormonal health (especially Women's Health). Our interdisciplinary team of doctors, nutritionists, and naturopathic practitioners is supported by digital tools and advanced data models, delivering better patient outcomes.

Your Role
Starting as soon as possible for a 6-month period with the opportunity to stay afterwards, you’ll support our operations & medical team with key administrative tasks to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Support billing and general admin
• Coordinate with laboratories and healthcare partners
• Manage lab orders, prescriptions and lab results
• Handle no-shows and appointment planning of the platform
• Supporting the managers and executives

What You Bring

Experience in administration or operations.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confortable with new software
• Reliable and discreet with sensitive health data
• Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus
• Experience in medical admin is a plus
