Sushi Circle started its fine dining journey in 1997, proudly opening our very first restaurant in Frankfurt. We were pioneers, bringing the concept of the sushi circle to Germany.

Today, our passion has spread far and wide: in addition to two restaurants in Dresden and Leipzig, we have more than 300 sushi stores in supermarkets across Germany — and we're expanding everyday!

What you will do:

• Plan, organize, and manage all operational aspects of our stores within the assigned region
• Develop and implement company-wide operational guidelines and standards
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure timely resolution of any deficiencies
• Train and onboard new team members, while continuously improving staff scheduling and efficiency
• Coordinate and support smooth and successful new store openings in collaboration with internal departments.

What your characteristics are:

• You have experience in multi-site operations management, preferably in the food or retail
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality with a focus on results and quality
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region
• Fluency in Czech and English
• Computer skills; Microsoft Office
• Driving licence
