As a (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager, you’re not just streamlining operations; you’re transforming how we work across departments. You’ll be at the center of a high-impact, cross-functional engine, using data, automation, and cutting-edge tools (including AI) to unlock efficiency and fuel growth across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and beyond.
Your responsibilities:
- You identify GTM bottlenecks and help implement smart, scalable workflows that improve efficiency and team experience
- You take ownership of our GTM tech stack - you evaluate, optimize, and structure tool usage to enable every team to do their best work
- You support the evaluation and optimization of our GTM tech stack (e.g. HubSpot) and learn how to use tools effectively to drive business impact
- You become the go-to person for experimenting with internal AI tools, automations, and no-code solutions to help future-proof the way we work
- You analyze GTM data, identify trends, and contribute to actionable, data-driven recommendations in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- You create dashboards and reports - both proactively and in response to stakeholder requests - translating data into actionable insights that support cross-functional teams and enable effective planning and execution of OKR cycles
About you:
You can be anything! Diverse backgrounds are very welcome. What matters is that:
- You see broken processes and think: “I can fix this”
- You bring at least 2 years experience in the field or similar
- You get excited by new tools and can quickly evaluate, adopt, and teach them; from analytics platforms like Amplitude to enrichment tools like Clay
- You thrive on structure and bring a data-first mindset to every problem
- You have solid experience working with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier. As a bonus, you bring a foundational understanding of public API structures and can confidently execute basic HTTP requests
- You've already worked with AI tools and know of the use cases where AI can help make the processes more efficient
- You’re fluent in English and comfortable working across teams, roles, and tools - German language skills are a bonus
