## Your mission

* Manage local team affairs in Europe, serving as the team leader based in Munich;
* Responsible for quick response and resolution of area issues related to smart appliances products in Europe；
* Understand local customer needs and user habits, coordinate with the local design team in Europe for planning and designing smart appliances products;
* Coordinate with local solutions and business teams, act as the local product representative, and be responsible for product promotion and descriptions in the European region;
* Act as a domain representative, support key marketing activities in the region, and effectively assist front-line operations.

## Your profile

* Possess product management skills with experience as a product manager, overseeing smart appliances systems without distinguishing between hardware and software.
* Strong learning ability, rapidly grasp the definition and positioning of smart appliances products, promote their implementation in the region, and provide feedback to headquarters for product definition and positioning.
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the regional team, establishing mutual trust.
* Have experience working in a multicultural collaborative environment, understanding the atmosphere of working with diverse cultures. Be an advocate and promoter of a positive and open culture, acting as a communication bridge with headquarters.
* Language: English can be used as the working language (at least C1), proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
