* Management of hotline/ticketing system
* Supporting in creating FAQ / online courses/recording and documenting for the related region.
* Provide remote technical support
* Provide Operation and Maintenance support through the Sungrow cloud platform
  
## Your profile

* English language at least C1, German/Chinese is good to have
* Eager to learn
* Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Engineering or a related field
