UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer in our Jordan office to help craft seamless, user-friendly experiences for our SaaS tools and shopfloor hardware integrations.

• Translate business workflows into clean, intuitive UI designs.
• Collaborate with Hamburg-based product and development teams to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistent branding and usability.
• Conduct usability testing with clients and internal teams, iterating designs based on feedback.
• Design mobile, desktop, and IoT device interfaces with a focus on clarity and ease of adoption.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

• 2+ years in UX/UI design for SaaS or web applications (B2B experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into user-friendly flows.
• Strong communication skills in English is a MUST
• Experience working in cross-cultural, remote collaboration environments.
