**Job Overview:**  
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance Suhaib Ajlouni's online presence and personal brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Suhaib’s professional goals and personal values.

## Tasks

*   Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
*   Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
*   Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
*   Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.
*   Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
*   Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
*   Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

## Requirements

*   Proven knowledge in social media marketing
*   Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
*   Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
*   Basic knowledge of design, CRO, and SEO.
*   Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
*   Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
