We are located in Berlin and our team consists of people from multiple industries and nationalities having worked at companies like Forto, DB Schenker, BCG, Tier Mobility and JP Morgan. We value different educational backgrounds, and our team comprises alumni of Stanford, EPFL, UMich or Warwick.

Our product and engineering team is looking for multiple AI Engineers or Software Engineers with an AI focus, across multiple seniority levels.

## Tasks

*   Engage with our founding team and global community of freight forwarders, with opportunities to travel and co-create our platform.
*   Innovate in AI and ML to streamline operations and enhance customer relationships, including by building LLM-based solutions.
*   Craft intuitive interfaces, using AI to serve and empower our operators and partners.
*   Influence Voyfai’s technical direction, with the autonomy to grow and define your leadership role within the team.
*   Depending on your seniority level, mentor more junior engineers, and take responsibility for projects.

## Requirements

*   You have built and put in production AI and ML products that delivered value to the world and improvements to users.
*   You can do research on datasets large and small, visualize your findings and develop options to leverage them in a product.
*   You have a good understanding of AI and ML techniques, you can evaluate and communicate their relative advantages and pitfalls for a specific challenge. You can collaborate with software engineers to implement a viable and cost-effective solution in production.
*   You can build and operate cloud-based applications on a major public cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure…) to empower users to benefit from your AI/ML work.
*   You can adapt to different challenges and technologies. We value curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to fulfill our mission above immediate skills in a specific task.
*   You can communicate and collaborate with other engineers and non-engineers, you can understand a business domain you’re not familiar with, map related technical trade-offs and communicate around them in ways that non-engineers can relate to.
