We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in preparing and maintaining the high-quality datasets that power our platform. You will work hands-on with customers data and be the counterpart ensuring smooth data ingestion into Palantir Foundry.

Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Manage ingestion, cleaning, and preparation of internal and external datasets from multiple sources
- Ensure data is structured and aligned with internal models, standards, and quality requirements
- Oversee data integration pipelines and proactively resolve ingestion and processing issues
- Conduct data matching to identify duplicates, conflicts, and inconsistencies across systems
- Maintain high data quality standards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of operational data
- Execute ad-hoc data operations, including mapping, formatting, validation, and data hygiene tasks
- Monitor data flows and troubleshoot anomalies to prevent downstream impact
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure smooth data operations
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to catch inconsistencies in large datasets.
- A structured, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Prior experience working with data platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience in data operations, data entry, or business operations roles.
