Stone Sourcing is delighted be hiring an ICT Supporter on behalf of a very well-known IT-Services company.
Home office- 40% | Location- Zürich, Basel, Olten, Zug | Salary- CHF 70-85k |
Our client hiring multiple positions, and is looking to hire immediately.
Tasks
- 1st and 2nd level support using the followign technologies (Microsoft Windows / Microsoft 365 / VDI systems (VMware Horizon, Citrix) / Sophos Firewall)
- Accepting and coordinating support requests from various customers
- Carrying out maintenance
- Collaborating on IT projects
Requirements
- Expertise in Windows and Virtualisation environments
- Experience in IT-support is preferred
- Very good knowledge of German and English
