We are seeking an experienced Consultant to assist one of our largest and most technical customers with upgrading their OSP systems.
Tasks
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with upgrading OSP 16.2.X to OSP 17.1 and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide hands-on support for upgrading OSP 16.2.6 to OSP 17.1.
- Assist customers in quickly addressing any identified issues during the upgrade processes.
- Support PPB teams with upgrades in LAB, QA, and DEV environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in upgrading OSP 16.2.X to OSP 17.1.
- Expertise in handling technical issues and providing swift resolutions.
- Strong background in working with technical customers.
- OCP certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
