We are looking for a motivated working student on a 20h/week basis to support us in the further development of the ​HR/Talent department.

## Tasks

*   You support recruitment by direct searching profiles, pre-screening applicants, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
*   You will source and select suitable channels for our job ads
*   You will conduct research on employer branding strategies and other HR relevant topics
*   You will set up templates for contract and HR documents and support contract management 
*   Support in the optimization of HR processes
*   Take on general administrative tasks

## Requirements

*   Enrolled as a student in business-related studies or similar
*   High-quality standards and a structured and analytical mindset
*   A real team player, show initiative and enjoy taking on the responsibility
*   You see HR as more than a support function and are interested in strategic topics
*   Great knowledge of Google sheets/ Microsoft excel.
*   Very good written and spoken German and English
*   Preferably based in Potsdam/Berlin
