The gaming platform of our client helps leading brands acquire new customers and obtain the most accurate insights. The Berlin based company was founded in 2021 and is in a strong growing phase - 100% bootstrapped and profitable.

## Tasks

*   ownership of the user acquisition strategy: develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies and campaigns to drive customer growth
*   challenge, experiment, test, and iterate on acquisition channels, optimization strategies, and automation opportunities
*   Identification and evaluation of target audience segments, market trends, and competitive landscapes 
*   Lead and mentor the user acquisition team of 7 people

## Requirements

*   10+ years of a proven track record of driving towards new user acquisition growth goals 
*   5+ years of experience in the mobile gaming or AdTech industries
*   Experience in leading teams of 5+ people 
*   Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
