Die Rolle bietet die Möglichkeit, Ihr Fachwissen zu teilen, Teilnehmende durch die lebendige Welt der Data Analytics / Data Science zu führen und maßgeblich zur Gestaltung der Zukunft der Ausbildung digitaler Kompetenzen beizutragen. Als Trainer*in haben Sie die Aufgabe, ansprechende, praktische Lektionen in Data Analytics / Data Science zu erteilen. The role offers an opportunity to share your expertise, guide students through the complex world of data analysis, and contribute significantly to shaping the future of digital skills education. As a trainer, you will be tasked with delivering engaging, practical lessons in data science methodologies and tools. You will foster a dynamic, learner-centered environment that inspires and motivates students. Moreover, you will spearhead the transition of newcomers into the data science industry, helping them navigate their way to their dream jobs. You will also have the chance to contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our curriculum. The ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in data science, a passion for mentoring and guiding learners, and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear, understandable manner. • Unterricht zum Thema Einführung in die Data Analytics / Data Science (Live Datenanalyse, Q&A, Datenmodellanalyse, Portfolio-Arbeit etc.), sowohl im Gruppen- wie auch Einzelunterricht
• Einführung in essentielle Tools & Technologien
• Einführung in die Arbeit als Data Analyst / Data Scientist & dessen Anforderungen sowie den Arbeitsmarkt
• Einführung in Teamarbeit & Kommunikation im Bereich Data Analytics / Data Science
• Berufliches Coaching zum Thema Bewerbung als Data Analyst / Data Scientist
• Planung der nächsten Schritte der beruflichen Weiterbildung mit unseren Teilnehmer*innen im Bereich Data Analytics / Data Science

• Deliver data science sessions, including live data analysis, Q&A, data model reviews, and project work, tailored to both one-on-one mentoring and classroom teaching formats.
• Introduce essential tools and technologies in data science, adaptable for individual learners and classroom settings.
• Educate about the responsibilities and market demands of a data scientist, catering to both personal mentoring and group discussions.
• Impart effective teamwork and communication skills within a data science context, suitable for both one-on-one and group learning scenarios.
• Provide professional coaching on job applications as a data scientist, equally beneficial for individual and classroom interactions.
• Collaborate with learners, both individually and as a class, to plan the next steps for their professional development in the field of data science.

• du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics / Data Science
• du hast einen Abschluss in Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik/Computer Science oder in einem verwandten Feld (Mathematik, Software Engineering o.ä.)du beherrscht Python, SQL oder R.
• idealerweise beherrscht du Business Intelligence Tools wie Tableau, Qlik oder Power B und bist auch mit der Datenerhebung und -visualisierung vertraut.
• erste Erfahrungen neben deiner Tätigkeit in Data Analytics / Data Science als Trainer*In / Mentor*in
• du kannst gut mit Menschen umgehen und es macht dir Spaß dein Wissen an andere weiterzugeben
• idealerweise hast du vertiefte Kenntnisse auf dem Arbeitsmarkt für Data Analysts / Data Scientists
• hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse

ENGLISH

• You have at least five years of professional experience in the field of data analytics / data science.
• You have a degree in informatics/business informatics/computer science or in a related field.
• You master Python, SQL or R.
• Ideally you are proficient in Business Intelligence Tools like Tableau, Qlik or Power B and also with data collection und -visualization.
• First experiences alongside your work in data analytics / data science as a trainer / mentor.
• Enthusiasm to welcome others to the digital field, and to share your own experiences both as a student and working professional.
• Willingness to work with students from beginner level onwards.
• In depth knowledge of the industry.
• Ideally you have in-depth knowledge of the job market for data analysts / data scientists.
• You’re fluent in English.
