We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Fullstack Ruby on Rails & React Engineer.

You will play a key role in our Product team and work closely with us.

As Fullstack Ruby on Rails & React Engineer (m/w/x) you will not only be part of a continuous success story but you will also keep developing and refining our workforce software together with your colleagues in Hamburg.

• Advance our established Rails API (Rails 7, MySQL, Memcached, Redis, RSpec, GitHub, …, …)
• Be part of our Ember.js to React (Tailwind, Capacitor.js, Next.js) migration
• Implementing new features
• Evaluate and improve existing code
• Be part of our agile planning process

• In depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails (at least 4 years of professional experience)
• Knowledge of React Framework
• You feel comfortable developing complex features with complex requirements
• Openness to new technologies in the rails ecosystem (Strada, Turbo,..)
• Comfortable with working with On-Premise and Remote Teams
• You are a native German speaker and fluent in English

• Very few meetings with no hierarchy based system and zero binding team events - which doesn't mean that we don't like to meet and do something cool;)
• We ensure flexible work for our developers, and all of our processes are designed for remote work
• The necessary hardware will be provided, choose our own hardware!
• We enable the team to work in Cape Town once a year - maybe you will also like to escape the winter. ;)
